I lived at Cheat Lake for 2 years, it's nice in that area.
So, it's a stock ride eh? Take pics, interested to see the trail.

79 to Morgantown, 68 East... It's like the 5th exit I think.
Cheat Lake Exit, at the end of the ramp...
Make a Left and the BP will be on the left.
Can't miss it!

We will be meeting at Coopers Rock Trout pond. Take I-68 to Exit 15, take a left, go to stop sign and take another left. Just over half a mile on the right there is a large parking lot next to the lake.

Thanks for having us. Had a nice time. You guys have a lot of scenic land out that way.

It was quiet an expedition we did today, you guys know your way around all those back roads. How did you guys figure out that route? Must have took some time and knowledge of the roads.

Mykal, did we meet up with you when we ran across the guy with the flat? White XJ?

You got it. Its actually gold but for some reason everyone calls it white. lol

Yeah Tommy is the guy that had the flat, I was helping him.

The route wasnt bad, we run those backroads alot to get to the harder areas. There is alot of scenic driving for sure, that was just the tip of it. Also in our area there isnt a large area with hard trails. More like hard obstacles connected by county roads that are not maintained. So you can spend an entire day hopping around from place to place without ever hitting much hardball.

If you guys would like I can post up this summer when we do the all day trips. Theres plenty of nice places to camp for free if your into that sort of thing.

Had a great time also guys, it was a nice change of pace going from Point A to Point B instead of playing in one area
like we normally do for the most part.

I cant wait till a summer run to hit some of the harder stuff.

Stagger is a good group of people doing some good things... Keep up the good work.

the all day trips and camping sounds great to me

I want to thank you guys for coming to this event. I know the time and expense involved where no small matter and we will show our appreciation this summer. Sorry we couldn't of made the trails more challenging, but with the -3 degree weather and Sunday and all, was better to play it safe. Like I said, we'll have you guys down for some real trails this summer. Again, for the club, Callie's family, and myself, Thanks again!
