copied from stagger

We are so sorry to announce that Miss Callie Sullenberger lost her battle with cancer this past weekend. We at Stagger4x4 will host a Remembrance Ride on Sunday, Jan 31st, in her honor. All of the proceeds from this event will go directly to Callie's parents in order to help in some manor with the financial expenses which are associated with this terrible loss.

Time: 9 AM
Place: Cheat Lake BP Station
Donation: $10 a head (under 12 free)
Route: From the Cheat Lake area to the Oakland MD area via trail and black top.
Trails: Mild. 4x4 will be required. Stock vehicles with decent tread will suffice.
Veh Type: SLO

Due to the nature of this event, the ride will be structured more like a meet and greet on wheels than a hard core trail ride. This would be a great opportunity to come out and meet the club as well as each other while taking a Sunday trail ride. The trails are mild in wet conditions and the ride will end at a Deep Creek Restaurant. This event is open to everyone with a big heart and hubs to lock in. Tell a friend, or stop a total stranger and invite them along. Please, come out and join us in doing what we can to help this family in their time of need.
Feel free to contact a Stagger4x4 Member for more information.

and.........

As of Sat I belive we had over 65 vehicles and by the weekend it could be close to 80, so I dont think you will be only one on the stock trails, I mean there is a Escape going, lol

I think this is going to be our biggest event to date, I really have to say that we get a real bad wrap from the general public but look at the numbers of not only who are going but we have many who are just going to send there donations, We have people from 4 states WV,MD,PA, and OH. Not to bad for some people who enjoy a sport that many froun on.

THANK YOU ALL so very much.

also this...........

Posting in reply to ComChewy's request.

Quote:
Hey Guy's: If you could please drop over to Steel Valley and post up as to what time and where are you going to meet at Cheat or Coopers Rock?

We will be meeting at Coopers Rock Trout pond. Take I-68 to Exit 15, take a left, go to stop sign and take another left. Just over half a mile on the right there is a large parking lot next to the lake.

We will start sending groups out at 9am sharp. Show up around 8:30 for staging.

We will be sending out two different groups. Modified and Stock groups. Both groups are going to meet at Uno's in Deep Creek for a pizza buffet that will cost $9

There will be 50/50 tickets sold at the start and called out at Uno's.

If you would like to donate but can not make it then please send donations to
Remember Callie Benefit
Stagger4x4
P.O. Box 445
Grafton, WV 26354

or you can paypal me at HunnellM@Gmail.com

100% of the proceeds will goto Callies parents.

I hope that some of you can make this. See ya Sunday!

I’m trying too get the XJ into Jay’s shop for a couple of hours to get my shit changed out, since Cheeks is dragging his feet, and if that does not happen I’ll be down in my nephews H3, the Banana…………

It has pulling eyes f&r, skid plates, electric lockers f&r, and I’ll have two sets of tire chains if those stocker CR’s get to be too much for it………….. Anxious Eh? Not talking

You want to meet up in Washington or Morgantown for breakfast, than head out to the Roc?

That and im not going to drive the BII 3hrs for a mild ride at best.

I'm getting the Liberty detailed before this even so Im not taking it.

Dani is uncertain we have the funds to put into a 6hr round trip in the cherokee, or Liberty, or BII. It would take us atleast a full tank of gas in which ever one we drove plus a donation and food. While Id love to make it out to support a godo cuase Im not sure I can afford it. I told the guys at Stagger id probalby sent a small donation via paypal and skip the actual ride.

We'll be there. There are some nice views down that way. Always cool to get out and check out some new land for a good cause. It will be cold up on top of those hills.
